Circuit training is a series of strength exercises performed with a break until the circuit is completed then a recovery period is taken before the next repeat of the circuit. It is a form of interval training and does not include a cardio portion. The workouts are a combination of cardio and very light weight "strength" moves using mini weights.
By choreographing each one slightly differently and renaming them she entices people to continue to purchase her latest edition. All of them will promote general fitness but there is no way they are "targeted" to any specific goal contrary to her claims.
Record them as cardio sinse that is what the foundation is for all of them

Last night I did the Jillian Michaels Frontside DVD (I loved it!). Does anyone know how I should go about adding that onto my Fitness Tracker? I can't seem to find it on any of the categories, and I'm not sure how many calories I burned.
