Oh boy! You're doing a great job. I don't have an hour in the morning, plus I don't think I could keep up the intensity for 60 minutes. Maybe I'll work my way up in endurance over time. Thank you!

I have been using a lot of Jillian's workouts for the last 3 years. For me, I like to put this in my mix for my cardio days, but I like to have longer workouts, so I try to do all 3 workouts back to back to get my 60 in.
