They have kickboxing in the fitness tracker so I'd think you could just use that to calculate your calories burned for the Kickbox Fast DVD.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that for 30 Day Shred you track it under circuit training and that will give you an estimate for calories burned. I do the Jillian Michael's Shred it with Weights and an SP expert advised me to track it under circuit training. They suggest tracking any kind of boot camp type DVD as circuit training as well. I haven't seen the 30 Day Shred DVD but I'm assuming it's a similar type of thing to the Shred it with Weights DVD. If I'm not mistaken I think you track Insanity and programs like that under circuit training too since they are boot camp style programs.

I think most people track the Shred videos as circuit training, and I would suppose you could track the Kickboxing video as kickboxing. The numbers of calories burned is going to depend on the individual, and the best way to tell is to invest in a HR monitor.

Hi,

Does anyone know how many calories one burns with her 30 Day Shred DVD and her Kickbox Fast DVD?
