As a family, we started JM body revolution and I love it. At 53, I am totally out of shape and have the pain of osteoarthritis in my hip and recently had arthroscopic surgery on my left knee. I was skeptical that I would even be able to "move" let alone work out with this woman, however, if you do what she tells you and not skip around, the program does work.

I am here to say that I am extremely happy to report that my energy level has gone through the roof and I am first noticing that my clothes fit me differently. I work through the pain - nothing my doctor hasn't said I cannot do - getting the weight off will certainly take the strain off my joints and in general I just feel better.

I am excited every day to work out for 30 minutes doing whatever the next DVD is - and I love the cardio video - it's my favorite. My daughter and I have a lot of fun working out together and she is starting to notice a difference in her clothes as well.
