I started in April too, lost 5 pounds the first week (Kick Start) and ANOTHER 5 pounds the second week (her regular fat burning meal plan plus workouts). I have never found anything that works that fast. The trouble is, I went away for a long w/e, went off program and never got back on. This time I intend to. The last post I see on this topic is April. Is anyone else doing this program? I just started KickStart today. :)
Restarting the 90-day Body Revolution program 8/24/13. This high-intensity interval training and correct eating is so right on! Really motivated to complete the program this time, get in the best shape of my life, and make tracking, eating right and regular exercise part of my life.
