I listen to her podcast and she has said several times that Body Revolution is specifically designed for people with a LOT of weight to lose.

She has several times recommended that if you don't have a heap of weight to lose that you can do just as well with Ripped in 30, or her other 30minute workout DVDs which are a lot cheaper than the full Body Revolution Program.

So that may be something to consider.

EMPHATICALLY YES! We purchased her Body Revolution DVD Series and we love it. Jillian will make you work very hard, however, she is very engaging, works out right along with all of the people in the video, mixes in some humor, and the 30 minute work outs are perfect.

I wish you the best. As for my family and I we are very, very satisfied!

I have not done this one, but LOVE all of her other workouts.
Check out the Jillian spark team. I know there are a bunch there that have done it and have had great results.

Has anyone tried Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution? I need some workout DVDs to use at home. I work from home but recent changes in my schedule is preventing me from making to my mid-day workouts. So I was thinking of ordering her DVD set. Any opinions on it?
