Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. Sounds like you had amazing results!!! Did you follow the meal plan or do something on your own? I am a plant-based vegan, so I am not following the meal plan. Trying to figure out how to eat so I fuel my body enough for the exercises and still get great results.

I finished the program in November and had pretty great results, lost 26 lbs. overall. I actually shortened the program a bit so it took me about 10 weeks to complete. I really enjoyed it and appreciated how it changed up every two weeks. I would add on some extra cardio if you can, at least during the first phase. Good luck to you, hope you like it!
