Not doing body revolution but I about to start Jillians killer buns and thighs. The Revolution sounds challenging. I know your going to do great and loose a lot of weight.

11 lbs in 3 weeks is amazing!!! Are you following the meal plan that comes with it or following the guidelines that Sparkpeople provides?

I am doing far good. Lost 11 lbs first 3 weeks and really firming up. It's hard but fun..only 30 min a day

Hi Ellen,

Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. Sounds like you had amazing results!!! Did you follow the meal plan or do something on your own? I am a plant-based vegan, so I am not following the meal plan. Trying to figure out how to eat so I fuel my body enough for the exercises and still get great results.

I finished the program in November and had pretty great results, lost 26 lbs. overall. I actually shortened the program a bit so it took me about 10 weeks to complete. I really enjoyed it and appreciated how it changed up every two weeks. I would add on some extra cardio if you can, at least during the first phase. Good luck to you, hope you like it!

I am getting ready to start Jillian's Body Revolution on Monday, Jan 28th. Wanted to see if anyone else is getting ready to start it and/or currently doing it. If you are, do you want to buddy up and support each through the program? Check in with each other for accountability?
