A lot of people track it as circuit training. You can also add it manually as others have suggested. The 30DS Team page has a list of all the exercises and reps in each level fyi.

I don't have a HRM. Shoot...I didn't even think of that! I guess I can use my Nike+ since that at least tells me how many calories I've burned. Although, I'm not sure how accurate it is. I just might have to invest in a HRM!

I don't havean HRM so I add it as aerobics, high intensity

I manually enter everything I do. You just click the button in the fitness tracker to manually add your own and type in the description, the minutes and the calories burned that your HRM shows...you are using a HRM, right?
