I did Jazzercise for 2 years until I developed tendonitis in my right shoulder and needed to take some time away from it. If you're looking to work your entire body with cardio and weights in 60 minutes, you are in the right place! When I was doing Jazzercise regularly I literally saw inches melt off. If I would have watched my diet more closely, I think I would have seen even more results. We have women at the center who have lost 50+ lbs all from Jazzercise and calorie counting.

Jazzercise is fun and the more interactive you are, the more fun it gets!

I used to do it with my mom in the 80's - I think I still have the album (yes we had it on a record) somewhere.

I loved it and am bummed out that nowhere around me offers classes.

I have been going for almost 5 years. It is a lot of fun and a great workout for an hour. If you don't mesh with the class you are going to, find another there are plenty around.

I used to go very regularly until I moved. I loved it! You can do low or high impact. It's a lot of fun!

I encourage you to give it a try.

I've gone to maybe 12 classes since mid February, life got in the way a lot in April & May (vacation, totaled car, laid off, etc, etc). Not nearly enough to see a whole lot of results on the scale, but I have noticed some other non scale changes.
I am physically stronger and I have better endurance now on my 12th class than I did on my first class. I used to do only the low impact moves, and I was sore for days later, but now I do a blend of low impact and high impact moves, and am not sore for days.
I have definitely gotten value out of my classes.


Reset my ticker with 2013 and revamped some goals.

I recently started doing jazzercise and I like it! I was wondering if anyone here goes, and if so, how do you like it? What kind of results are you getting?
