That's what I do as well. I would rather be under my calories than over.

Well, it is possible the "Benihana Hibachi Chicken" is a meal that encompasses more than just chicken. You could check the Benihana website to see if there is meal information.

I found several other "hibachi chicken" options that offered a wide range of calories. I would imagine hibachi chicken would be slightly higher in calories than a plain chicken breast, due to being cooked with oil & seasonings.

Whenever I am unsure, I always estimate high on my tracker. That way I know that the calories that end up on my tracker are the highest they could potentially be. Rather than underestimating and in reality having eating a hundred, or several hundred, calories more than were reflected.... if that makes sense.

Thank you.

This is what I found:
Benihana Hibachi Chicken
353 Calories
20 grams Fat
3 grams Carbs
38 grams of Protein.

This is what I'll go with. Seems like a lot of Calories for chicken.

In situations where you are dining out, it is sometimes necessary to estimate if you can't find an exact match. Since you know the ingredients in your salad, track each of those separately.

When I looked up "hibachi chicken," I found a ton of results.

Let me know if you need further help!

My co-workers & I took a class last night at the public library together. Our boss, being the nice person he is, bought us all dinner before class. It was from Japanese Express. I had the Hibachi Chicken Salad which consisted of chicken breast, lettuce, shredded carrots & cucumber.

Does anyone know the Nutrional value of the Hibachi Chicken? I can't seemed to find it anywhere. If you do, please share it.
