As long as you're getting about 20-30 minutes of cardio, 3-5 days per week, you are fine to divide that up however you'd like. You get the most benefit from doing at least 10 minutes at a time if you need to do shorter workouts throughout the day.

I was looking at this because they are short workouts, but they all say to also do cardio the same day. Some days, I don't have the time to do both. Do I have to do the cardio every day it says, or can I do the videos and occasional cardio? Thanks.
