In January my goal was to exercise 10 minutes a day
Lose 6 pounds
Visualize myself as I wish to be
I nailed them and have set new February goals, another 6 pounds, exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, visualize me in a dress I have and want to wear (it's hanging up where I can see it)
Although the scale is still a big part of my goals I find that I am more concerned with feeling good, eating good and I've realized that when I work out it is getting easier, for lack of a better word. I can make it thru the workout without stopping, I am not gasping for air but I am still breathing hard.
Here's to February and all the positive changes that will come with the new month.
