lets see if I can work this math problem out right I workout for 400 minutes a day everyday so thats 2,800 miutes a week and for 4 weeks that's 11,200 minutes so -

Week 1 - 2,800/11,200

12/30 = 2,800/400/2,400
12/31 = 2,400/400/2,000
1/1 = 2,000/400/1,600
1/2 = 1,600/400/1,200
1/3 = 1,200/400/800
1/4 = 800/400/400
1/5 =400/400/0

Week 2 - 2,800/8,400

1/6 = 2,800/400/2,400
1/7 = 2,400/400/2,000
