This poster that said only this has motivated me for the last 2 weeks,

Junk food you have craved for an hr or a body you wanted for a lifetime..

I have made a blog in more detail about what happened but I was soo happy I wanted to put this quick wooohooo in here as well...

I have not been able to get to the gym over the last 2weeks... I ate well (the same) and I swore I was going to gain 5-10 lbs...between packing to move and the major stress. I thought I was doomed.

However due to this motivational words I stayed the same and I am still within my 2lb goal!

I am just amazed and usually when I don't work out I do gain always.. This is a new success in my weight loss journey.. so just to help others along which are having the same issues as I am because I swear I can look at food and gain weight LOLOL


We can all do this and I love the support here on the forums and site!
