I am still around and following this challenge but i have been away on holiday. I don't think i can realistically lose 10 pounds now, as i have only 2 more weekly weigh ins this month: so I am aiming for 8 . I have lost 2 pounds so far. I am delighted with that as i normally gain a lot of weight on holiday but I am behind re my target but will do my best!
Congrats to everyone doing so well on this thread. It's great to come back from holiday and find everyone so motivated and some great weight losses on here!
