I started out with Banish fat boost metabolism one and then picked up the No more trouble zones to add the weights and other moves. I used to swap and do the NMTZ on M, W, F, and the BFBM on Tu, Th, Sat. The NMTZ has some squats and lunges, but also some floor work. I still go back and do this one from time to time cause it's a good all over body workout and strength training ALL IN ONE.

i have not done this one, although i do some of her stuff daily, i you tube her stuff then do what she says. usually 3 sets of 20 for squats and belly stuff. she has always kicked my ass in the past. i was planning on doing this work out tomorrow though in my next round w her lol
I own, but haven't started this DVD yet. Jillian (and many other DVD's) have a lot of squats and lunges, so my knees can't take it too long. Right now, I'm doing her 30 day shred, workout 3, after this week, I will be doing something different to give my knees a break for a couple of weeks, and then I will start another program of hers. She is one of my favorite people to buy a workout dvd, because I have always gotten good results. It might not be what the marketing people promise, but I'm still getting great results and feel challenged with her workouts. I am looking forward to starting this one!
