My answer was: super-dark chocolate! I weaned myself up to 95-99%...so now my chocolatey sweet tooth cravings don't have the really sugary high calorie impact that they used to. And I get chocolate.

I've learned that if I start eating bread, it's like a drug, and I can't stop at just one slice, one roll, or whatever.

I avoid it as much as I can, because I know there are better choices to be made

I am a sweets eater I tend to alway reach for sweet foods.. so the best thing for me is to find foods low in calores that are sweet when these urges come on
