It's funny. Before I didn't really care what I ate, which would totally explain why I weigh what I do. But I am finding I don't want to mess up and so I don't hardly eat. It is so annoying. It's not even like I'm super hungary because I am drinking so much water and filling foods when I eat. I have been looking at a ton of recipes online with spark. I want to try alot of them. I found a taco seasoning one and homemade salsa one. That would benefit my entire family. So that is very cool. Plus I'm sure if I made this in bulk it would save alot of money too. I log into sparkpeople.com each day so I make sure I track my foods and goals and I want to keep blogging. I think it will be interesting to see how far I have come, and hopefully it helps other people that want to start or people that are stuck. I need some weight loss buddies to help give me ideas and I'm down 5 out of my 50 lbs. If anyone is really really motivated to beat the bulge with me this year, please add me!
