Hi there! I am 46 years old. I have been active all my life but my eating habits were horrible! I slowly gained weight until I was 196 pounds. It can sneak up! So now I have committed myself to losing weight. Up until I hit my forties I could lose extra pounds easily. This time around it is proving to be a bit of a challenge . So ,,,,I have been doing a lot of research and figuring out what is best for me. I think I am on the right track :) joining spark is a good thing. Lots of support always goes a long way to improving my life! I hope you all have a great day!
