Yay for getting up and doing it! You would have regretted it if you chose to stay home. Yesterday I did not feel all that well and only got about 1 1/2 hours of sleep. I knew in my head I needed to at least get in one 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds workout. I dealt with the inner conflict for a couple hours and then just did it. I felt so much better. I am doing the happy dance right alone with you!

It is cold outside and I am toasty and warm, the last thing I felt like was going to the gym to do the hardest class of the week, called Unleashed. So what did I do? I went and now I feel proud of myself for burning an extra 450 calories that I initially had no desire to do. emoticon
