I've heard that the results of inches lost is only temporary. When you get rehydrated, your true shape comes back. I've not heard of them improving the appearance of stretch marks. That's great if it's working for you, but I'm happy with just losing the inches naturally. I believe it all works out better in the long run.

Wrap-Up
The basic understanding by many industry experts, is that fat loss can be facilitated through a body wrap regiment, however, the majority of wraps available today are simply diuretics that remove excess water weight. Many industry experts also agree that body wraps should be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program to achieve true results. Simply using a body wrap will not keep the inches off, if diet and/or exercise regiments do not change.

The bottom line is very simple: No body wrap can cause selective reduction of an area of the body. Although wrapping may cause temporary water loss as a result of perspiration or compression, any fluid will soon be replaced by drinking or eating. The idea that herbal wraps detoxify the body is absurd.

Well if it could decrease stretch marks I would be all for that. I have had 2 kids and my stomach really is my problem area.

I have worked out like a crazy woman regularly for the past 5 years, and I am in pretty top shape athletically. After having 4 kids though, I have stretch marks and that small skin "bag" that many mothers suffer with. My hair stylets had luck with getting rid of her tummy stretch marks and tightening her skin, so I'm trying one. After my first wrap I lost a full inch and my stretch marks are noticeably smaller. Wrap number 2 will be tomorrow, and I've heard you can expect better results with the second wrap!

No, I'm not interested in them either. To reshape my body I do cardio to burn fat and then do strength training 2-3 times a week. It has really been working for me. My main trouble area is my stomach, but it has gotten flatter in the last couple weeks because I started doing a regular core strength class at my gym. I believe in re-shaping and losing weight the traditional way. I have heard that those wraps might help you shrink or reshape but the results are temporary.
