Here are a few tips:
*set up your Spark Page, if you havenít already- it's fun and easy and it will let us get to know you better- you can change it whenever you want-feel free to add me as a friend
* learn to use the nutrition and fitness trackers- it gets much easier after a while and is CRUCIAL to your success
* read a lot of blogs and success stories- VERY motivating!
*join a few teams of like minded people - there are literally thousands of groups to choose from- and make some new friends- then you can encourage each other- donít join too many, though, as you may lose that helpful personal connection
*try to earn sparkpoints- it's a fun way to learn your way around here and you can send sparkgoodies to yourself or others
*if you get lost- go back to the Start page- you can get almost anywhere from there

Hi. Today i was asked when I was "due". My children are 18 and 20. I laughed it off and said.."Oh I am just so awesome that my body had to expand to hold it all..." That is how I have always dealt with it for the past few years.

When I was younger I had eating disorders and so I have always been afraid to start anything new. But in not trying I have let myself go the opposite direction.

No more.... it is time for a change. Not only for me but for my family.
