Thanks Jibbie! I am hoping by having a personal trainer for awhile he will hold me very accountable until I start feeling so good I won't want to stop. (hope I'm not dreaming... ha!)

I looked at your profile and I am so sorry to read about Mr.Wilkes. Tough to lose such special family friends!

Hi! I am new to SP and figure this is a great place to start - with a journal! I am inspired by the stories and posts I have read.

This weekend I started my journey by cutting out all sugary drinks (sweet tea being my favorite) and drinking water all day.

Monday starts my eating clean diet and Tuesday is day 1 with my trainer. I paid for enough sessions to get me motivated and educated.

I am very excited to start this journey!
