Hi! I am new to SP and figure this is a great place to start - with a journal! I am inspired by the stories and posts I have read.
This weekend I started my journey by cutting out all sugary drinks (sweet tea being my favorite) and drinking water all day.
Monday starts my eating clean diet and Tuesday is day 1 with my trainer. I paid for enough sessions to get me motivated and educated.
I am very excited to start this journey!
