Great start. Stick with it! It works! Don't negate it by saying it is not much. Eating and living healthier is a HUGE step and part of it all!

KTURNER5265, three pounds in a week and a half. That's freakin' fantastic! You may already be doing this, but, if you're not yet, please........make the Nutrition Tracker your best friend. Consistently stay within the Nutrition Tracker ranges set for calories, carbs, fat, and protein. That's how you will lose ALL the weight you desire to lose.

Then, while you're being best friends with the Nutrition Tracker, do thirty minutes of cardio and ten minutes of strength training five days a week. This will sculpt your body.

Next, as you lose the weight your new sculpted body will gradually reveal itself.

Finally, jaws will drop and heads will turn when you've lost all the weight and your entirely new sculpted body is in the house!

Spark On! You can do this!

It's hard when you work so hard and nothing seems to happen - but it is happening. You are getting fitter, building muscle and changing your lifestyle! It is HUGE and you will find that it is only the beginning.

The scale has FINALLY moved!!! I've lost 3 pounds since I started Spark People about a week and a half ago. I am so happy!
