I don't have insurance coverage for more therapy. Doing the exercises alone at home isn't as helpful as getting the massage and ultrasound treatments along with them. There are exercises but no groups on here that I can find so a group of us are supporting each other to get moving. I enjoy the recipes but don't feel the need to do the tracking right now. I've lost 14 pounds without trying. I eat pretty well and run a 150 foot hall repeatedly at work. As a nurse I know what I need to do, I just need a support group to keep me on track.

I'm sorry to hear about your pain. Physical therapy usually reaps great benefits. Would it benefit you to try a different physical therapist? Hopefully some of the exercises on this website can help. Be careful, though. Ask your doctor before you try them. Best wishes to you and your recovery.
I am so frustrated. I'm not here to lose weight. It certainly wouldn't be a bad thing but it's not why I'm here. I live in pain. I had a tumor removed from inside my spinal column in January. Now I have back pain, tight back muscles, leg pain... Physical therapy helped some, but now I'm stugglin to get an exercise routine that will help me get flexible. Anyone have any suggestions?
