I'm planned as far ahead as the tracker will let me - lol. This helps make sure that I am eating all the food I make and what I may need to give to a friend because I won't be eating it. Not guaranteeing that I will stick to it completely, though. Just guidelines.

I do mentally plan ahead, but rarely track ahead. Although sometimes I will do it in the morning for breakfast, snack and lunch...that way I'll know how much and what I can eat for dinner!! :)
I was doing that for a bit, and since I pet-sat a couple weeks ago I have noticed some old habits starting to form (I are GREAT while I was at their house; it's when I came back that I had the problem). We are shopping Thursday so I'll start planning again then. Makes life so much easier!

I like to look ahead a bit, so have tracked breakfast. Lunch with a girl friend, so will track that later.
