Amen.. I hate the cold. I love the sun shining.. it is rejuvenating/refreshing! It is a constant struggle to exercise this time of year for me as well.

I hear ya!! I just complained about the cold on somebody else's Message. But you're absolutely right, we can't hibernate.
I have a Wii Fit Plus and I'm very bored with my work-out. And even when I mix things up a bit for something different I still feel like I'm lacking in my work-out. I wanna go outside! I want to walk! I need some fresh air!.....Yep, cabin fever has set in. But this won't last forever and soon we'll be seeing the sunshine and feeling the warmth! Till then, we just have to keep moving however we can. Good Luck To You!
definitely faulty logic. Who says you have to exercise outside. Do jumping jacks, burpees, planks, pushups, run the stairs, jog in place, etc.

To get healthy I have to exercise. How can I exercise when its below zero? So I won't exercise. Instead I will hibernate. I am an animal so hibernation seems like the natural thing to do this time of year!
Ok,faulty logic, but that iswhat I have been doing. I am going to push through the cold the remainder of the week and EXERCISE 45 minutes of cardio!
