Amen.. I hate the cold. I love the sun shining.. it is rejuvenating/refreshing! It is a constant struggle to exercise this time of year for me as well.

I hear ya!! I just complained about the cold on somebody else's Message. But you're absolutely right, we can't hibernate.

I have a Wii Fit Plus and I'm very bored with my work-out. And even when I mix things up a bit for something different I still feel like I'm lacking in my work-out. I wanna go outside! I want to walk! I need some fresh air!.....Yep, cabin fever has set in. But this won't last forever and soon we'll be seeing the sunshine and feeling the warmth! Till then, we just have to keep moving however we can. Good Luck To You!

I know exactly what you're saying! The weather here has been mostly below zero (that's before the wind chill brings it down). I'm feeling like hibernating, too.

I'm trying even little bouts of indoor activity, but getting a little bored.

Let us know how it goes for you!

Challenge? Today, try a Coach Nicole video for 10 minutes.

Tomorrow, do a strength training workout using your own body weight for resistance. Planks, pushups, squats, lunges, tricep dips, etc.

You can do it! No excuses!!!

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

definitely faulty logic. Who says you have to exercise outside. Do jumping jacks, burpees, planks, pushups, run the stairs, jog in place, etc.

message me when you are done.

emoticon To get healthy I have to exercise. How can I exercise when its below zero? So I won't exercise. Instead I will hibernate. I am an animal so hibernation seems like the natural thing to do this time of year!

Ok,faulty logic, but that iswhat I have been doing. I am going to push through the cold the remainder of the week and EXERCISE 45 minutes of cardio!

Will you keep me honest? Challenge me?
