I've seen these specific topics on the message boards (if, in fact, they aren't already at the top of the board listings). Use the search area at the top of the message board's page, and I'm sure you will be able to find those topics.

What's for breakfast
What was for snack
What did you do for exercise

These are where I got my best food ideas. I'd lost 90 pounds with sparkpeople, but I've gained 40 back so I need to get some ideas! How do I find those posts or do I just start new threads and hope that people respond?
