I haven't been to the gym since Friday, but Saturday I hiked about 6 miles. So Sunday I had a meeting for my Dirty Girl 5k mud run, and then yesterday I just slacked off, and today, my youngest son had surgery so I'm staying home tonight too. I will be going back tomorrow afternoon, but it seems on the days I don't go to the gym, I don't make the right food choices either. So I just needed to vent. Very excited to get back in the gym and get going!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
