Wow! Congrats to you. That is so inspiring to me. It gives me hope that I can do it and a year from now I will be able to post about my success. You've gone this far, those 7 pounds will be off before you know it

On Feb. 1, 2011 I weighed 213 pounds.
Feb. 1, 2012- I weigh 147 pounds!!!! I have lost 66 pounds, 13 % body fat and now wear a size 6 in pants!!! (used to wear size 18 pants last year). Exercise which includes Zumba, water aerobics, treadmill, & wii balance board plus, keeping track of my calories and making better food choices are the things that have kept me going in the right direction. I am proud of what I have accomplished and my friends have given me so much encouragement. My goal weight is 140, I have 7 more to go!
