Rock on! That's serious progress. Building the habit is the largest part of the battle!

This morning I got up and did all my fast break goals before even signing on. I saw I could squeeze in some strength training before I had to take my son to school (pushups and pullups) and then I listened to inspirational reading while I rode my stationary bike. And before any of that I opened my planner and made a phone call that needed doing.
