I love him as also but it is one of the items you do have to be careful eating. I find myself using it as dip with crackers or chips and loose track of how much I am eating!

You have to be careful with hummus. Make sure you measure it. I find it easy to overeat. Congrats on a good day.

I can't wait until I have a computer at home, but for now I have the library computers to use so it is a good day I continue to make small progress, but it is still what it is: PROGRESS! Hope everyone here is having a good day too?! Sue
