Hummus is good for you! Watch the oil in it. Measure out a portion before you start eating--stop when it's gone!!!

I love him as also but it is one of the items you do have to be careful eating. I find myself using it as dip with crackers or chips and loose track of how much I am eating!

You have to be careful with hummus. Make sure you measure it. I find it easy to overeat. Congrats on a good day.
