This is the longest I have commited to not just a diet, but a life change. It's been about a month, and I have made great strides. I have lost 9 lbs., which feels great! More importantly though, I am feeling better about myself. I have given into temptation here and there, and allowed myself to have a sweet or a pepsi (my true love!), but for the most part, I have stayed on track. Tracking my food was an obstacle at first, but I have made it a habit now and am amazed to see how tracking your food can open your eyes. Exercise is slowly becoming a habit as well. It's taking some adjusting, but I'm getting there!
