Tomato soup shouldn't be that high in calories, but will it curb your hunger for good if you have another cup of it? I agree that something solid may better benefit you. I'm sure you've already solved this problem by now, but maybe for next time you could try soup and a piece of toast or something. Hope this helps!

If you are hungry, then eat!! You had the organic tomato soup - did you get a good amount of protein, too? If not, think of a protein-based food - maybe peanut butter on toast, or cottage cheese on toast!
