You can do this!!!! Just take it one baby step at a time. Set small goals, like 10 min. of exercise a day. It doesn't sound like a lot (and really, it isn't), but that's what helps you build consistency! Welcome to SP!

Hi you all, I am new here and hope that this will help my weight loss!! I am a sugar (chocolate) addict and I am working in a tuck shop at school..... love my work.... but it is sooooo..... difficult. Any ideas??? Good luck to you all
