There have been differing views on what is good and bad for us since Our Home on the Hillside in the 1800's. Just find the two sides of butter vs margarine for an easier to research example.

I actually go after some whole grains because I do better with slow-digesting foods in my diet. If you think you can handle a paleo diet, go ahead and try it.
