Thank You so much Coach Jen! My sister said the same thing. :-) Also, should I be ok to do my normal exercise routine of doing the elliptical tomorrow? I do the elliptical Mon-Wed, Friday, and swimming on Thursday, back to the video on Saturday.

Thanks so much for your time!

:-)

No need to freak out. You do want to give your body at least 2 days of rest in between strength workouts (for the same muscle groups). When you strength train you make tiny tears in your muscle fibers. Rest allows them to repair and grow back- that's how you build strength. If you don't rest, they don't have time for that repair. But no need to worry, you haven't damaged your body by doing it the way you have. Now you just know the right way to do it :)

So I am freaking out a little bit??? Did I do something wrong with my body by doing this 2 days in a row????

I did this workout today when normally I rest on Sundays. I do this workout every Saturday for the past 3 weeks.

I tried to put in doing full body strength Saturdays and Sunday, and SP states I am not supposed to do 2 straight days of full body. Oops. So, I should not have done this workout again today? :-((

All advice is welcome. Thank you.
