I would like something that hooks into a DVD exercise program that I use because it has a variety of stretching, weight lifting, and aerobic. I use Stronger Seniors DVDs since I have a bad knee that prevents me from running, etc., but it does give a good workout.

Sorry, but there isn't a way to do that. I'll pass along your feedback though.

So like typing a '%' or other character that pulls up ALL the exercises? Sometimes names are different for same type-we call it 'interval training' at our work gym which is circuit sets of different thing like jumping jacks, tables jump, push ups, high knees, mtn climbes etc. Thanks!
