If you go into your fitness tracker and scroll down, you should see a big button that says "Add Cardio".

Coach Jen,

How do I "add cardio"? I'm trying to figure it out, and I'm getting no where.

If you add it to your cardio tracker, it will put in your calories burned. If you add it to your mileage tracker, the same thing will happen (so you'll want to add it one place or the other.) If you put it in your steps tracker, that doesn't affect calories burned.

Thank you for your reply. So, if I Add Cardio and put my steps and miles in, it will calculate the calories burned for me? I just want to make sure that I got this right.

If you go to your fitness tracker, click Add Cardio and you can search for a variety of activities. When you add them to your tracker, they will calculate calories burned based on the activity and your current weight.

Yep, I'm new here this week, and still learning all the ins and outs. I just found the step and mileage counters, and am wondering if there's one to counts calories burned too. I wear a pedometer every day to do just these things, so that's why I'm hoping there's a place here where I can count them.
