As the previous poster said, there are some "wheat-free" SparkTeams you might want to check out. SparkPeople doesn't offer wheat-free meal plans.

I am reading _Wheat Belly_ and I am wondering is there a Wheat Free Diet plan available? I can find many wheat free food lists and recipes but I need planning assistance. I am not good at that and I want to restrict the prep time as much as I can. I know I know, self-indulgent. Sorry. I don't like to cook. :-)

Thank you,
Max
