I'm guessing you're a guy... if so, the 1500-range is the lowest the SP formula will go for your calories.

So yeah, if you've planned some cardio on top of that, it don't seem high to me.

1,510 - 1,860 170 - 302 34 - 72 75 - 163

The numbers seems high to me. I currently weigh 245. I just started. I want to get to 175 by Sept. This is the goal I got and to me it seems high. TIA.
