For a few weeks I was releasing 2 Lbs a week, I was ecstatic. Now without changing a thing the scale remains the same. I have noticed a difference in my body, clothes are a bit looser, stomach is flatter. I maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly, is it normal to stop and then begin to see results? Don't get me wrong, happy for the changes I do so, but one would think so much effort would put out positive numbers. BTW Blessed Mom's Day to all the moms!!!
