One month I gained 10 pounds and none of my clothes fit for three days. It was so warm and I had to wear yoga pants.

And I had plans to go on a trip and none of those clothes fit. Thankfully I lost the water weight, before the trip

You are not alone...happens to the best of us! Cutting back on sodium may help some, but I think it is the nature of the beast! For me, it goes away quickly. I don't usually weigh during that time just because I know it will be higher because of the bloat!

I felt so puffy and bloated that during an extra-curricular college class today, I had to open the bottom button on my blouse and unbutton my jeans. I felt puffy, swollen, and felt like someone was pumping water into my tummy. What can I do? Is it just me, or does this happen to anyone else?
