I weigh once a week (at most 2 times)

measurements I take every 3 months. I'm pretty close to my goal, so changes can be slow

Depends on how fast you are losing. If you are significantly overweight and losing pretty fast, you may see results in a week in inches lost. But if you are not so far away from your target weight (assuming it is the weight that corresponds to a healthy, normal body fat %), you won't be losing so fast and you won't be able to detect inches lost if you take measurements every week. Generally I think it is better to take monthly measurements.

My preference is to have a weekly weigh-in and monthly measurements.
I THINK the idea behind that is the possibility to measure slightly different each time (did I loose a 1/8 of an inch this week or did I just pull the tape tighter?) but if you measure once a month, a 1/2 inch to an inch loss is easier to see.

However, nothing is written in stone. Do what YOU would like.

It's up to you.

Some people measure once a week. Others measure once a month. Some people will see dramatic changes quickly. In other people, change may be more subtle. You can track weight and measurements with the Spark software.

do your measurements weekly or monthly? I know there's a weekly weigh in, but does that include measurements?
