It may be a signal to your body that it is time to change what you eat. I would take it as a big hint.

I haven't eaten meat in months and months. I used to eat 100% green fed, but for the last several months, dropped all meat out of my lifestyle. I can barely look at it myself.

I don't think it's necessarily bad. I often feel like that, and I'm not and have never been vegan or vegetarian. I think it's important to listen to your body. If you feel physically sick around meat, maybe you don't need it right now. Just make sure that you're getting your protein and B vitamins some other way.

Is it bad when you feel sick when you are trying to eat meat? because lately i feel sick just looking at it, cooking it, or even trying to eat it, and no im o pregnant.
