I do as well. Hence the red pepper humus and celery has become my go to afternoon snack. I am never without home made humus in my frig these days. Today was make a new batch day and I couldn't wait to lick the bowl. BTW, for the record, I did record the tablespoon of humus (I scrape as well as I can so there is no more than a tablespoon to "lick").

.....when you start looking forward to licking out the food processor bowl after making low-fat red pepper humus as much as you used to look forward to licking the brownie or cake bowl?
