I agree, although the fever is doing what it is supposed to---making it too hot and killing the bacteria. So if you have a cold it doesn't hurt to work out most of the time to elevate your temp and create a "fever" to help kill bugs.
I was wondering if anyone knows if I should be working out while I'm sick with a fever? I've been putting most of my weight loss goals, on exercise right now. I guess I could use dumbbells or something. Does anyone have any ideas.
