Good to know others also doing Fast Break AGAIN :)
Think I am ready to take it all in now.
I RESISTED USING COMPUTERS until I joined SparkPeople, so still feel like I got in the deep end. I am learning so much and there is so much to take in, but I am VERY glad I started This journey!

Absolutely! Anything to help yourself is great!

I fell off the healthy lifestyle wagon in the past five months, so I'm restarting with Fast Break as well.

Thanks for the great replies! I'm taking my time this round and feel more confident that I'm making the changes I can live with and that are better for me overall. I'm feeling good. emoticon

Agreed - I'm doing the same thing and doing it with SparkCoach. I think a good 'kick in the pants' is what I need to make the New Year even better. Good luck everyone!

You are most welcome to start FastBreak all over again. There are lessons to be learned that would be quite helpful in the rest of your journey to a healthier life.

I'm actually starting the whole journey over, starting with resetting my goals, and I'm using Spark Coach. Why not? I feel like the resources here are here to HELP you, so what would be wrong with making sure you are in the stage that makes sense for you?

As they explained in the Spark Coach video on the subject, the Fast Break is partially designed to build success through achievable goals and momentum. So I say go for it. Do what's going to work for you.

I'm not sure I took full advantage of everything I should have when I "played" with the fast break the first time. I'm starting over. Is this OK? I feel like I forced myself through the first time and learned nothing!!!! I want to do it right. That's why I pulled a do over. Is it ok? emoticon
