For me it wouldn't be. Eating every 2 hours means I would only be able to eat about 150 calories at a time, so a) I would never feel satisfied, and b) I would have to spend SO MUCH TIME prepping food and eating.
Eating the appropriate amount of calories and nutrients, and adding some movement will be what helps with weight loss. There's not really a "secret trick".
