I'm not following that diet. A couple of suggestions for tracking food would be if you eat the same thing you ate a few days/weeks ago, to copy that meal to your current day. Or, you can add foods to your favorites and quickly track what you have eaten. I find it easier to track foods on my phone app than to track on the computer.
I am having trouble tracking my food. Since I had trouble with heartburn several years ago, I started following a program called Great Taste No Pain. The premise of the diet is not to eat proteins and carbs together. You can eat carbs and vegetables or proteins and vegetables withe no problem. And fruits have to be eaten completely separately. I had been diagnosed with GERD after an endoscopy but after following this program for two years, there was no evidence of it on my latest endoscopy. I was thrilled.
But now I have to record everything on my tracker and it takes a long time. Anyone else following this diet? Anyone have any shortcut suggestions about tracking my food?
